RGJJ 360 JR WARRIORS
RGJJ 360 JR WARRIORS HAS CLASSES AVAILABLE FOR:
JR WARRIORS LEVEL 1 AGES 5-7 (ENROLLMENT SPACES LIMITED)
JR WARRIORS LEVEL 2 AGES 8-12
Our RGJJ 360 JR WARRIORS program is designed to foster a natural progression of learning in a fun and encouraging environment. It features two distinct class levels to cater to different age groups: RGJJ JR WARRIORS LEVEL 1 for ages 5-7 and RGJJ JR WARRIORS LEVEL 2 for ages 8-12.
LEVEL 1 focuses on teaching essential body movements and healthy habits through structured techniques presented in an engaging and playful format. We call these the Gracie Games. This approach makes learning fun, allowing our LITTLEST JR WARRIORS to grasp foundational skills while enjoying their time on the mats.
LEVEL 2 builds on these foundations by incorporating more advanced techniques from the RGJJ 360 Curriculum for JR WARRIORS, along with incorporating the 753 code of warrior principle teachings. This structure ensures that our JR WARRIORS receive age-appropriate instruction and healthy mat chats that help them develop confidence, discipline, and respect.
By separating out these curriculum levels by age group, it helps to make learning enjoyable and suitable for varying developmental stages.

RGJJ 360 ADULTS & TEENS
RGJJ 360 ADULTS & TEENS HAS CLASSES AVAILABLE FOR:
RGJJ 360 ALL LEVELS AGES 13+
Our RGJJ 360 ADULTS & TEENS PROGRAM is designed to provide a structured and progressive learning environment for students ages 13 and up. This program features two distinct class levels to ensure students build a solid foundation before advancing to higher level techniques: RGJJ 360 ADULTS & TEENS LEVEL 1 and RGJJ 360 ADULTS & TEENS LEVEL 2.
LEVEL 1 focuses on introducing the essential self-defense techniques and core movements from the RGJJ 360 Curriculum. Students will develop fundamental skills such as distance management, escapes, takedowns, and positional control — all in a welcoming and supportive environment designed for beginners.
LEVEL 2 builds directly on the techniques learned in LEVEL 1, introducing students to more advanced applications, transitions, and submission strategies. This level challenges students to apply their skills in live drills, situational sparring, and dynamic self-defense scenarios.
By separating the curriculum into LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2, students are able to progress at their own pace while developing confidence, technical ability, and real-world self-defense skills.

Our FITNESS ON DEMAND program is designed to help adults of all fitness levels build strength, improve conditioning, and develop healthy habits in a supportive, semi-private training environment.
This program features two training options to meet individual goals: semi-private coaching and small group sessions — both led by our NASM Certified Personal Trainers.
Semi-private training allows for a more personalized coaching experience with focused attention on technique, customized workouts, and goal setting. Small group sessions offer the energy and motivation of training alongside others while still maintaining quality instruction and attention.
Additionally, FITNESS ON DEMAND members have access to powerful tools to support their progress, including the InBody Scanner for tracking body composition and the Macrostax nutrition app for personalized meal planning and nutrition guidance.
