We want you to feel confident in your training ability in both redirection and assertiveness for any potential threatening situation, but we always teach each & every single one of our members at Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Minnesota to assess and de-escalate situations utilizing their verbal Gracie Jiu-Jitsu first, before physically using their skills.
